Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You have the possibility to log into your user account, and the during the following 24 hours, you can cancel your order, just click on CANCEL! Once your items shipped, you have no longer possibility, to do so.

Q: What if order the wrong size?

No problem! Just go to our Main Menu on the top of the page, click RETURNS, and you can start de Devolution Process. Also get in touch with us, and we will ship you the right size! In this case the RETURN and the shipping of the new item IS FREE OF CHARGE!

Q: How can I check my order status?

To check your order status You have to choose from the Main Menu the R &amp;T (Return &amp; Tracking) the Track Your Order option on our site. You will see two ways to check your order status. One is typing your Email address/mobile number, and your order number. The other is, if you already have and know your tracking number, on the right side of the page you type your tracking number, and click on the 'Track my Order" button. Once the Order ships you will receive a shipping notification that includes Tracking Information

Q: How quickly will my order be processed?
