  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Yes. You have the possibility to log into your user account, and the during the following 24 hours, you can cancel your order, just click on CANCEL! Once your items shipped, you have no longer possibility, to do so. 
  • What if I order the wrong size?
    • No problem! Just go to our Main Menu on the top of the page, click RETURNS, and you can start de Devolution Process. Also get in touch with us, and we will ship you the right size! In this case the RETURN and the shipping of the new item IS FREE OF CHARGE!
  • How can I check my ORDER STATUS?
    • If you have set up an account with TwinBunny.com, you can sign in, and check up your ORDER STATUS. If you do not have an account, you may call the Customer Service 347-506-7978, from Mo-Fri, 9am-6pm EST! However, we will send you updates on your Order Status to your email address or phone number, depending which one did you used at the Check Out process! 
    • Once the Order ships you will receive a shipping notification that includes Tracking Information
  • How quickly will my Order be processed?
    • All Standard Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment verification. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush, and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. 
    • All the Orders received before 12pm EST, Mo-Fri, with the Express or Expedited Option, will be processed within the same business day as the payment method is verified. 
    • Orders placed after 12pm or Weekends, are processed the following business day.
    • Your business is important to us, and we will make every effort, to process your order, as fast as we can!
